The summer festivals of the Verein Berliner Kaufleute und Industrieller – a successful concept
The VBKI Summer Festival regularly brings together the “who’s who” of Berlin’s business, political and social circles.
In 2023, the event combined a diverse concept of indoor and outdoor program items: The focus was on stage shows with an award ceremony, while the campus provided insights into the cultural highlights with art tours. Culinary delights and musical acts rounded off the evening.
After a year’s break, the event returned to Schöneberg in 2025. Same event – new setting: this year, the party was held very close to the Gasometer.
With live cooking stations, a food truck, outdoor bar elements, a large stage below the LED wall, an awards ceremony, live music by JCB – Just a cool band, Gasometer tours and much more, the EUREF Plaza was transformed into a late summer outdoor location with an adjacent indoor option in the historic water tower.
