Holzhaus – sustainable breakout rooms for great ideas

The ‘Holzhaus’ – a wooden house – offers the perfect location for workshops, meetings, artists’ dressing rooms and creative sessions. With its own showers, toilets and pantry kitchen, it guarantees maximum comfort. The four flexible rooms can be booked separately or together and can be ideally combined with the Gasometer or the Schmiede, for example.

GREEN BUILDING

As one of several green buildings on the EUREF-Campus, the timber building consumes 40% less primary energy. The ideal location for creative events in a green ambience.

ATMOSPHÄRE

With generous, floor-to-ceiling windows, it offers plenty of natural light and an open design that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere thanks to the visible wood structure.
