Housing Future Day

For the second time on the EUREF-Campus:
Housing Future Day (“WohnZukunftsTag”)

On June 25 and 26, 2025, the EUREF-Campus Berlin once again hosted the Housing Future Day, the central industry event for the housing sector.

Day 1 started with the ceremonial presentation of the DW Future Prize of the Real Estate Industry in the Gasometer SKY. The award recognizes innovative projects with social responsibility. The atmospheric finale was a housewarming party with around 200 guests on the EUREF-Plaza – full of exchange, encounters and views over the rooftops of Berlin.

On the second day of the event, around 450 guests accepted the invitation to the actual WohnZukunftsTag. With 38 exhibitors, exciting panels, interactive workshops and pitches, the event offered space for dialog and innovation. The spacious exhibition areas in the Gasometer lobby and the BASE, workshops and presentations on the CLUB floor and top-class panels in the Gasometer’s FORUM once again turned the campus into a stage for the housing industry of tomorrow.
