Immersive audio technology in the Gasometer

The iconic gasometer was opened in June 2024 – as a pioneering event venue that combines historic industrial architecture with state-of-the-art event technology. The acoustics are based on the latest technical developments: The immersive L-ISA sound technology from L-Acoustics enables a unique, spatially precise listening experience – ideal for conferences, concerts and high-caliber events. The most important highlights:

  • L-ISA system with flexible, immersive sound distribution for clear speech intelligibility and emotional depth with music
  • The Soundvision software enables precise acoustic planning of the circular room
  • Despite large glass surfaces and complex architecture – minimal sound reflections, impressive sound quality

An evening that not only made the room vibrate, but also the audience – and shows how past, present and future merge in time in the Gasometer.
